Suit cut can be divided into British and Italian style. Other new cut, such as Japanese and Korean style are based on British and Italian style to evolve.

British Cut Suits

  • British suit is the most common and modern business suits nowadays. Through an exacting cut, fit and fabrication, the British suit is associated with a formality that sets it apart from Italian or American suits.
  • British suit can be said to be combined with all the advantages of the European cut, but also to avoid the shortcomings, so that the suit lines look softer but not look exaggerated.

Italian Cut Suits

-This style is known for its trendiness. It is cut very slim, the silhouette is sleek, modern and very stylish in order to produce the V-shape which considered very attractive in men. Lapel notches and buttons are positioned higher than in British and American jackets. Also, shoulders are very padded compared to other styles. Italian cut suits are perfectly showing the fashionable designing. 

-Many brands have played a unique role in the design of Italian suit some remarkable mentions are Ermenegildo Zegna, Nazareno Fonticoli (founder of Brioni) and Armani. Also, the Italians are far more creative in designing unique and unusual cloths.
